Her military and defense tech experience underpins her expertise in AI, cybersecurity, risk mitigation, program management, financial operations, forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, and global supply chain strategies—skills she now applies as CEO of a procurement firm while advising defense, automotive, and related sector leaders and serving on the Global Alliance Automotive's Executive Committee overseeing $2 billion in revenue.

Cyndi Graham brings over 22 years of expertise in sales, business development, technical sales, and program management across semiconductors, precision measurement tools, and automotive industries. She has a proven track record of driving strategic account growth, winning awards for performance, and delivering results in complex manufacturing environments. Cyndi spent 15 years at Bosch in North America, where she managed key projects extending to Europe and China, building skills in global negotiations, cross-cultural collaboration, supply chain optimization, and revenue growth through innovative strategies. Her extensive background enables her to excel in fostering supplier partnerships, operational excellence, and supporting automotive and advanced manufacturing clients at SDS.

Before joining Supplier Development Systems, Scott Jaquith has worked in recruiting, human resources, business development, technical support, training, program management, product development, delivery and customer service. Through his experience and education, Scott has developed a keen sense of marketing and sales expertise.

Over 32 years in Purchasing with Subaru, Hyundai and key Tier 1's in North America. Roger has a vast network and experience throughout  the Automotive Industry.  He has extensive knowledgeable in MRO, metals buying, selling, and supply chain development. Roger served with several teams to develop and implement minority/women owned suppliers with in the Automotive supply chain.
