Jean Marie Thrower

Jean Marie Thrower is the founder and CEO of Supplier Development Systems, a global manufacturing and supply chain procurement company. She drives global business development, guiding Boards of Directors and C-Suite leaders on strategies that create efficiencies, improve operating results, and mitigate risk across automotive, defense technology, retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
A trusted board advisor, she excels in compliance, risk management, strategy, and financial operations while building high-performing teams and leveraging her extensive global executive network.
She has led automotive legacy and technology-driven companies through vision, strategy, and execution. Since 2009 she holds an Executive Committee (EXCOM) seat with the Global Alliance Automotive (GAA), an international consortium generating $2 billion in annual revenue. She also serves on advisory boards of automotive trade associations across North America and created a channel partner platform for AI and machine learning start-up incubators. Her expertise spans companies from $50 million to $1 billion.
Prior to founding her firm, she served as Chief Growth Officer of a global defense corporation, focusing on defense technology. She played a key role in merger and acquisition strategies, including the $50 million Delphi-Inteva buyout, and delivered $11 million in annual revenue growth.
She is a recognized automotive industry spokeswoman and magazine contributor on best practices, enterprise risk management, and ESG.

As the founder of a nationally recognized high-end diesel truck customization company in New York, Frank led the company’s growth into a multimillion-dollar operation, securing contracts with major utilities and infrastructure organizations, including Con Edison. He built and scaled nationwide operations, developed a strong base of high-profile clients, and established the business as a leader in its category before a successful exit.
Following this, Frank transitioned into advisory and investment roles, working with institutional investors, corporate leadership, and government-linked entities. His work focuses on structuring transactions, aligning capital with operationally sound opportunities, and navigating complex, multi-party environments.
Frank is known for his ability to operate across both private and institutional landscapes, manage high-stakes negotiations, and drive opportunities from concept through execution.

Eric Musgrave is a defense and technology executive specializing in aviation, maritime systems, and national security solutions, integrating platforms such as uncrewed vessels, satellite communications, and intelligence systems for government and military operations. After his commission in the US Army from West Point and a 25-year Army career he gained extensive experience building partnerships between academia, industry, and government to develop innovative defense technologies and operational solutions.
A combat-proven leader, he served in U.S. Special Forces, as an Army Foreign Area Officer, is Airborne qualified, a Ranger, and has commanded M1A2 Abrams tank units. His military background informs his strategic approach to leadership, defense integration, and mission-focused solutions.

Troy Scott Steciw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading publicly traded companies and managing complex global projects across the beverage, media, and engineering sectors.
Baristas Coffee Company (BCCI) | President (2007–2020)
As the President of Baristas Coffee Company, Steciw was instrumental in the growth and brand positioning of the Seattle-based coffee chain. During his tenure, he oversaw the company's expansion and its transition into the public markets. He focused on building a recognizable brand identity and navigating the complexities of the retail beverage industry, maintaining a leadership presence for over a decade.
Reeltime Rentals (RLTR) | Chief Financial Officer (2012–2020)
Concurrent with his leadership at Baristas, Steciw served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Reeltime Rentals (now Reeltime Media). In this capacity, he was responsible for the company’s financial strategy, oversight of public filings, and capital structure. He played a key role in the company's evolution as it shifted toward media production and digital distribution, ensuring financial stability during periods of technological transition.

Earlier in his career, Steciw served as an Associate Partner with Syska Hennessy Group. He was responsible for the design and project management of specialized elevator systems for a diverse global portfolio, including Hospitals, Office Buildings, US Embassy Buildings, Retail, and Residential High-Rise Buildings. His work ensured the vertical transportation efficiency of landmark structures around the world.

Cyndi Graham brings over 26 years of expertise in sales, business development, technical sales, and program management across semiconductors, precision measurement tools, and automotive industries. She has a proven track record of driving strategic account growth, winning awards for performance, and delivering results in complex manufacturing environments. Cyndi spent 15 years at Bosch in North America, where she managed key projects extending to Europe and China, building skills in global negotiations, cross-cultural collaboration, supply chain optimization, and revenue growth through innovative strategies. Her extensive background enables her to excel in fostering supplier partnerships, operational excellence, and supporting automotive and advanced manufacturing clients at SDS.
In addition, she provides comprehensive IT support for the team, serving as the master user of a wide range of software programs, expertly navigating supplier and vendor support channels, and handling all graphic design and implementation of company-related materials.
