Cyndi Graham brings over 20 years of experience in sales and business development to SDS. Spanning industries from semi-conductor, measurement tools to automotive, Cyndi has a proven track record of success in technical sales, program management and winning awards. Cyndi previously worked 15 years for Bosch in NA to include projects in EU and China.
Kristen Suddeth has over 15 years experience in operations, organizational management, program management, customer service and manufacturing industry. Kristen is an Account Manager with Supplier Development Systems and she is responsible for quoting, project management, customer follow-up, special projects and diversity programs.
Roger Licht- Over 30 years in Purchasing with Subaru, Hyundai and key Tier 1's in NA. Roger has a vast network and experience throughout the Automotive Industry. He has extensive knowledgeable in MRO, metals buying, selling, and supply chain development. Roger served with several teams to develop and implement minority/women owned suppliers with in the Automotive supply chain.
Jean Marie Thrower, President of Supplier Development Systems, founded the company to deliver strategic business sales and support in the Automotive Manufacturing Industries in the Southeast USA. With over 20 years’ experience in both foreign and domestic Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Negotiations for companies like Ford Motor Company, Delphi and Johnson Controls.
Brian Turner has over 25 years Technical and Strategic Sales in the automotive industry. Brian has exceptional experience and business acumen in developing suppliers for new business. His vast expertise ranges from decorative to functional component parts in the industry.
Over 18 years within the Automotive Industry. Jason has in-depth, full program exposure, supporting Operations and Product Development, as well as Launch Support, Quality Inspection, Containment & Rework, Supply Chain Development, Customer Relationship and Sales/Business Development with OEM’s and Tiered Suppliers. Jason increases market share for his clients through a true Consultative & Solutions Focused approach.
Before joining Supplier Development Systems, Scott Jaquith has worked in recruiting, human resources, business development, technical support, training, program management, product development, delivery and customer service. Through his experience and education, Scott has developed a keen sense of marketing and sales expertise.
